Ownership
Since 28 August 2005, Aalborg Industries is owned by the Nordic investment fund "Altor 2003 Fund" while the Danish Employees' Capital Pension Fund "LD" and some senior management own minor percentages.
The shareholder is Aalborg Industries Holding A/S, Aalborg, Denmark.
By the end of June 2007, the Aalborg Industries' Group had 2,202 employees world-wide of whom 635 were employed at the headquarters in Denmark.
In 2006, the Aalborg Industries Group's value of the year's production amounted to DKK 2,146.9 million (approx. EUR 288 million or USD 391 million).
