How we recruit
Alfa Laval Aalborg aims to attract and retain qualified employees in order to ensure the long-term development of the company. Therefore, our recruitment process is targeted to ensure that we employ the right candidate for the right job at the right time.

What is important in an application?
We want to get information about you and your qualifications; what are your ambitions and goals regarding the vacancy in the company? What have you done previously, what are your interests, and what kind of experiences do you have? For which reasons should we employ you? and how can you contribute? The point is to sell yourself, but not to oversell.

Your application
After we have received your application and the closing date for applications is due, you will receive a response with our evaluations and information about the next process.

Unsolicited applications
We are always happy to receive unsolicited applications, and we use them repeatedly in any arising vacancies. We are always interested in hearing from qualified and enthusiastic potential employees, who would like to become part of the team at Alfa Laval Aalborg. Upon receipt of your application, our HR department will investigate the job opportunities at Alfa Laval Aalborg for your particular profile, and you will then receive a response with our evaluations and information about the next process.

The interview
The purpose of the interview is to provide you with more information about the job and to verify your personal qualifications and professional skills. During the interview you will get the opportunity to describe your potentials and competences – our intention here is to ensure a correct match between the vacancy and your personal profile.

After the interview we will determine whether you match the profile we are looking for, and subsequently we will inform you of our decision.

If you are not selected
If you are not selected for a particular vacancy, you are always welcome to apply again another time. In most cases, we will file your application in our job bank for six months prior to your acceptance. During this period, we will try to match your profile with any upcoming vacancies, and thus your application will be treated on equal terms with other applications. During these six months, your application will of course be treated with confidentiality.
