Aalborg Industries’ Marine After Sales is a successful and growing business area. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic General Manager to lead and develop our boiler repair sales and order execution departments and to coach and ensure proper coordination with our sales entities.

The main tasks in the position are:

• To obtain the financial goals for the department
• To implement market and business enhancement development initiatives
• To implement and develop the local strategies and transform the strategy to action plans.
• To secure that orders are profitable obtained and that market shares are gained within the boiler repair and related segments.
• To ensure co-ordination between AI and local entities and divisions
• To develop the supply chain for the boiler repair division both with global and local focus.

We are looking for a person with experience in Marine After Sales to handle the boiler repair sales and order execution department both the strategically developments and the day to day operation. The overall target is to achieve the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) set out for the department and continue the current positive development. 

We are looking for a person with a marine engineer examination, good technical and personal skills. Experience from a similar employment will be an advantage. You should possess knowledge about boilers, burners and control systems.

The position is challenging and good skills in leadership and motivation of employees is a requirement.

Since the position implies a high degree of contact with external and internal customers, it is important that you are flexible and posses an intercultural understanding and feel comfortable in international environments. The candidate must further more be well-organized and able to build and maintain confidence with our increasing number of customers.
