UNEX™BH consists of a large furnace welded to horizontal, plain type convection tubes. The low-alloyed plate material is durable against cracking, and it is easy to weld.

The UNEX™ BH boilers have fully water-cooled furnaces and are constructed without refractory.

Adequate furnace dimensioning guarantees proper combustion, moderate loading and low material stresses. With an efficiency level of approx. 85%, the UNEX™ BH has an economical operation and offers savings in fuel costs.

UNEX™ BH boilers are easy to clean by manual utensils.

UNEX™ BH can operate as a steam drum for exhaust gas economizers. If the economizer capacity is high, the size of the boiler will be increased accordingly.
