Change of managing directors in Aalborg Industries Inc., USA and Aalborg Industries A/S, Dubai

We are pleased to announce that Mr Boelo Lussenburg has been appointed new managing director of our service companies in the US and will take up the position as of 01 September 2008. Boelo Lussenburg succeeds managing director Mr Holger Kirketerp Nielsen who has decided to retire at the end of August 2008. We thank Holger Kirketerp Nielsen for his contributions during his more than 40 years with Aalborg Industries.
Boelo Lussenburg is 43 years old and has been with Aalborg Industries since 1991. He comes from a position as managing director of our subsidiary in Dubai, a position he has undertaken since June 2004. Prior to that he has among others been head of the former service company in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands and was in charge of the After Sales activities in China when they started up in 2003. During his time in Dubai, Boelo Lussenburg has been able to develop the company positively and to generate good results. In addition, he has been actively involved in implementing the new Global After Sales structure.
We wish Boelo Lussenburg the best of luck with his new challenges as managing director of our service companies in the US.
We are also pleased to announce that we have appointed Boelo Lussenburg’s successor in Dubai.
Mr Kim Bomholt Nielsen will take over the position as managing director of our company in Dubai as from 01 September 2008. Kim is Danish, 47 years, educated as a marine engineer and holds a diploma in management and a bachelor degree of commerce. Kim comes from a position as director of the marine department of the company Grontmij | Carl Bro A/S in Copenhagen, where he has been responsible for ship design including the overall management of a department in China. Previously, he has been directly involved in after sales business as manager in MAN B&W, Denmark.
We welcome Kim to the Aalborg Industries Group and wish him all the best luck with his new position in Dubai.
