We are pleased to announce that by a shareholders’ decision, our two companies in the Netherlands, Aalborg Industries BV (marine steam boiler After Sales) in Ridderkerk and Aalborg Industries NL BV (thermal fluid heating systems) in Spijkenisse merged as at 1 July 2005.

The legal merger effectively means that our After Sales company merged into our thermal fluid heating company and the company is now registered as Aalborg Industries BV. Mr. Jeroen van Riel (managing director) and Mr. Frank van Weelden (commercial director) remain directors of the company, and Mr. Bram Provoost has been appointed general manager of After Sales service.

After Sales will be a separate division of Aalborg Industries BV and serve all customers of both thermal fluid heater and steam boiler installations. Aalborg Industries BV is the Aalborg Industries Group's global product centre for thermal fluid heater installations.

The office/workshop in Ridderkerk has been closed, and the After Sales division occupies a neighbouring building on Ohmweg in Spijkenisse.
